Free Cooking Demonstration

For many of us autumn means apples. What better way to kick off apple season than with a free Farmers Market live cooking demo with Chef Lauren? In honor of co-sponsor CSU Extention, hosts of the 3rd annual Homegrown Apple Days festival Sunday October 17th in Buckley Park, we will be making some “anything-but-pie” apple treats including a savory chutney and crispy fritters. Demos will begin at 9:30 and be ongoing until noon on Saturday October 8th at the Durango Farmers Market. Cooking tips and samples are on us!
